This musical performance begins with a monologue delivered by an astronaut who has crashed into a desert on another plant. This nostalgic play is performed by wordsmith Yuriko Ishimaru and Japan's only contortionist actress, Yuniko. The prince comes in the form of silhouette and, sometimes, a real child-sized doll. Comic large paper puppets portray the people of the bizarre planet, and the duo's singing and dynamic dancing bring a friendly fox to life.
