During Catch The Wave a hybrid seminar arranged by ASSITEJ International will be held to open dialogue with National Centres & Networks, artists and other key organisations to address change in the TYA sector. National Centres of ASSITEJ International will be asked to select their own area of development in inclusion in the national field they represent. This "Diversity Benchmarking" will be the first step in a long-term development on national and international level to bring new people into the sector.
