‘What Next’ is a participant-driven interactive workshop designed by the Next Generation Network, specifically tailored for participants who have had experience with a ‘Next Generation Programme’ residency. This includes alumni from countries such as Sweden, Serbia, Pakistan, South Korea, as well as Cuban participants. We will also be joined by young individuals who are interested in a Next Generation residency, and who will be in attending the congress. During this practical and engaging session, participants will collaborate to share their residency experiences in a relaxed and theatrical manner. The workshop will create a bridge between Next Generation alumni and new participants, allowing alumni to offer guidance on what participants can expect after the residency. It aims to highlight the positive career and personal changes that the residency can bring. Through the use of breakout rooms, all participants will closely collaborate to achieve the objectives of this workshop.
