We apologise for any inconvenience.* In order to achieve a society in which ‘no one is left behind’ (an aim of the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals), we must work towards eliminating inequality and disparity of opportunity for children and young people to participate in Culture and the Arts.The ongoing COVID-19 crisis has made us reevaluate and discuss the meaning of holding this Congress during the time of a global pandemic. What can we do to enrich our children’s cultural experiences? All participants will be asked to consider what the legacy of the Congress could be. “子どもや若者の文化的な生活や芸術への参加機会に格差がなく、差別や排除のない「誰一人取り残さない」（SDGsより）社会を実現する。” 今この大会を開催する意味を、コロナ禍においてより深く考え、語り合い続けてきました。 子どもたちの文化を豊かにするために、私たちができることは何か。 大会終了後のレガシーを参加者全員で考えます。 ここから、共に次の「アクション」を始めませんか？
