This workshop is a gathering space for practitioners who currently create, or are interested in creating, Theatre and Dance for the Very Young (TDVY). TDVY encompasses performances for audiences age 0 to 6, as well as their caregivers and educators. Workshop participants will experience a playful combination of interactive prompts and activities focused on building connections, exploring TDVY artistry, and investigating the field at large.
Participants will work on their feet and explore multiple modalities (such as drawing, devising, and discussion) as they engage in reflection and ideation. Rather than imparting one specific form of knowledge, this workshop aims to serve as a guided space for TDVY practitioners to consider their own knowledge systems and collaborate with other makers.

She is a Program Manager for Cannonball, a grass-roots hub of the Philadelphia Fringe Festival, where she also produces the Performance for Young Audiences Cohort and a family-friendly outdoor performance venue.
