PARTICIPATION
ASSITEJ National Centres and ASSITEJ International Professional Networks are encouraged to attend the General Assembly with a delegation of three persons. If you wish to participate with a larger delegation, please contact the Secretary General.
Other interested persons are welcome to attend the General Assembly as observers without voting right. The assembly can be observed in person or online in the Facebook page of ASSITEJ International.
Only National Centres and Networks who are up to date with membership fee payments including the year of the General Assembly can exercise the right to vote.
The General Assembly can be attended online. This will take place in the following way:
• Follow the sessions in the live-streaming on the Facebook page of ASSITEJ International.
• Make questions and comments in a chat that will be read out loud in the room of the assembly. This chat is only accessible to members that register for online participation.
• Cast your vote online by email (through the service electionrunner.com).
Please write to the Secretary General to register for online participation as voting member at sg@assitej-international.org
The General Assembly will mainly be conducted in English with simultaneous interpretation to and from Spanish and French. If members wish to speak in other languages, ASSITEJ will give the time needed for consecutive translation and ask members for assistance in this translation.
