Because of limited seat capacity, each National Centre and Network can only be represented by one person.

This session will provide a space for open dialogue, sharing experiences, and exploring opportunities for collaboration across the Association. The session will also allow National Centres to present their work and get to know other members of the ASSITEJ global community.

The session is organised by the ASSITEJ Executive Committee Membership Working Group.

The session will have the following structure:

1. Welcome & Introductions
Each participant will have one minute to briefly introduce their National Centre or Professional Network.

2. Speed Dating
Participants will rotate every two minutes, allowing for brief one-on-one conversations.

3. Group Discussions
Five groups will discuss different topics, selected from suggestions submitted by National Centres and Professional Networks.

4. Conclusion

We kindly ask each National Centre/Professional Network to:

  • Nominate a representative for the session.
  • Suggest a discussion topic related to the work of ASSITEJ National Centres and Professional Networks

Please send this information to membership@assitej-international.org by March 21.

Participants are also invited to bring with them one item representing their National Centre or Professional Network.

You are welcome to also bring brochures or QR codes with information about your National Centre or Professional Network.

Due to its interactive format, the session will not be live-streamed. However, our Working Group is planning online activities in the near future, for members which will not be present at the Artistic Gathering.

Please note that registration for this event is only possible via email (membership@assitej-international.org) and not through the Artistic Gathering website.
