The session brings together participants from different generations with diverse experiences and perspectives in PAYA. The goal is to foster communication, exchange ideas, and inspire collaboration in a relaxed, inviting atmosphere reminiscent of a festive meal.
Participants will enter a space set with large banquette tables, each place marked with a card indicating a specific requirement, such as "A person who sees the future of society in theater should sit here." This encourages attendees to choose their seats based on personal interest, leading to dynamic and varied discussions.
The session begins with an introduction by the host, who outlines the process. Initial conversations are prompted by the themes on the place cards, and participants are encouraged to share their thoughts and raise toasts to highlight key points.
Following the initial discussions, attendees will form thematic groups based on the color of their cards, aligning with broader topics like Accessibility, Participation, Working Conditions, Young Professionals, and Aesthetics. These groups will delve deeper into overarching questions, recording their thoughts on small cards.
The session concludes with a presentation of the groups' findings, followed by a collective exercise where each participant writes a wish for the future of theater on a coaster. These wishes will be displayed as an installation representing the future of PAYA.
