Workshop For The Foundation Of A Collaborative Network Of "Lambe-Lambe"
Alice Ribeiro, Mario David Cárdenas, Yailén Ruz, Paula Gotelip, Liliana Pérez Recio
Novo Hamburgo, Florianópolis, Havana / Brazil & Cuba
Prof Xchange Programme (Old Version, Do Not Use)

Alice Ribeiro, an actress, and part of a movement that originated in Brazil during the 1990s, will be sharing her experiences investigating small theatrical forms for individual spectators. In contrast to performances for larger audiences, this movement aimed to create intimate experiences. Initially, the target audience for these performances were teenagers from public schools.

The Lambe-Lambe theatre, defined by its dramaturgy as the act of sharing an intimate affair, emerged from these early scenes. Drawing from their accumulated knowledge in theatrical work with adolescents, the team invites you to join an introductory workshop on Lambe-Lambe theatre. The workshop will cover various aspects including dramaturgy, construction, and animation, with the ultimate goal of establishing a Lambe-Lambe Collaborative Network. This network will serve as a platform for research and creation of visual dramaturgy for Lambe-Lambe scenes.

The workshop will particularly focus on addressing the importance of providing spaces of intimacy for adolescents within the context of the overwhelming exposure that digital social networks have created.
