Does cultural policy support theatre for early years?
Small Size Network

Here's the English translation:

Work for early years has not yet achieved the place it deserves in too many countries. Best practices shared through concrete examples will help colleagues worldwide convince their decision-makers about young children's rights to arts. The French public sector has been supporting early years creation for decades. In Ireland, new forms of support for arts for young children are developing strongly today. In Helsinki and Vantaa (Finland), newborns are invited to a special cultural program offering performances and artistic experiences for ages 0-6... Many different models can thus be shared to inspire our colleagues.

We have invited artists and producers involved in early years creation to share the situation in their respective countries. Presentations are planned from France, Ireland, Finland, Mexico, and New Zealand. The short presentations will be followed by an open discussion.
