A duo of dancers performs this well-known tale with visceral energy and in a non-Manichean way. Fear inhabits this choreographic tale without words for two modern-day protagonists. She, a red hood, feminine and naive. He, a black hood, frightening and fascinating. On a bare stage, where the lights alternate between deep blacks and bright whites, their bodies convey strong emotions, their mouths blow, laugh, gasp. Off to the side, a musician-tinkerer works to create Hitchcockian atmospheres that laughter often thwarts. The choreographer Sylvain Huc, rummages through the entrails of this ancestral tale and offers a troubled, carnal and agitated version, far from narration.

An associate artist of the Gymnase - CDCN Roubaix and the town of Tournefeuille (France), Sylvain Huc is also developing a teaching activity, teaching professional audiences.
While he places the body at the centre of all his work, he likes to relate it to a sound and light environment in which it unfolds, in turn savvy or wild.
