ID That We Need Indeed? is performative research that takes its participants on a walk down memory lane. In its philosophy and ideology, it questions, analyses, and critiques the elements which make us humans as we are - full of our identities. The workshop is devised as a series of exercises, games, and tasks which encourage participants to delve into their memories, thoughts, intimate secrets, and big fears. By contemplating one's own individual drives, there is a bigger story that may be told: a story about childhood, its influences on the present self, and the possibilities of intergenerational cohesion. Therefore, the workshop invites Theatre professionals, but also children and members of the public of all different ages, to join. This session presents just a 90-minute ‘taster’ of our usual sessions, and offer participants an opportunity to explore the relationship between their inner and outer personalities.
